It will delay your appointment if these are not completed.
However if you do not have the capacity to follow our instructions please contact reception
We have very limited capacity for emergency appointments, due to the demand for our services, we will do our best to accommodate but emergency appointments are usually at spercific times.
You must telephone the practice before 10.30am (note the phone line opens at 8.30am).
