Cancel An Appointment

Please note : We usually require 24 office hours notice for a cancellation (less than this we not offer any further appointment)

There is approx. 4/6 weeks waiting time for most appointments if you cancel.

If you cancel without sufficient notice (NHS) we may not see you again (Denplan) there will be a long wait.

All the Clinicians are working extremely hard to protect you and we do expect some consideration from yourselves.
